Transpersonal Art Therapy
Art therapy encourages free and spontaneous self-expression through creative techniques such as drawing, painting, collage and sculpting. Anyone can do art therapy because you don't need any artistic ability! The aim of art therapy is not to create a masterpiece, or perfect end product, but to create meaningful art in a very free way.
Meditation/Mindfulness
I hold a Certificate in Meditation Teaching and if it fits and sits well with the client, I will bring mindfulness, meditation and visualisation into the session. This brings a holistic experience that enhances well-being on every level - body, mind, heart and soul.
Holistic Counselling
I am a qualified Holistic Counsellor and I draw upon counselling skills in every session. I aim to provide a safe space for participants where they feel heard, accepted and supported. I am an intuitive mentor - connecting with my clients unique needs on an intuitive level.
My Approach
I work within a client-centred framework in line with a positive psychology approach - so the main focus is building on strengths. With NDIS clients, I also aim to work in line with their current goals and plan.
